Returns Policy

All canvas and fine art paper prints are limited editions and made-to-order. They are packaged with care and handled professionally with reputable couriers. 

Due to the bespoke made-to-order nature of our prints we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered sizes/ specifications. Please review your order carefully before checking out. 

Damage in Transit

In rare cases accidental damage may occur during transit. Please rest assured that we are fully insured and will replace your artwork as soon as possible.

To assist us in the replacement, please take photos of

  • the external box
  • the shipping label on the box
  • the damage to the artwork/frame
  • the more photos the better

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible at studio@lucymoloneystudio.com.au, and send photos within 2 days of receiving the damaged parcel.
